Struggling to identify ich

In the video, there is a slight moment where the fish moves and shows the left side. The sun hits directly at him and you see the 3 marks that I was talking about.

Well, I can see the spot on the left side of the darker clownfish. That isn't ich. I doubt that it is flukes either. Clowns are often a bit "rough and tumble" could it just be a missing scale? Those can take some time to regrow....

Update? I’m still in the lympho camp
The area in the previous pictures are clean. He has a tiny little mark on the other side.

It seems like the female clown was just asserting dominance.

I’m using the baby blue tang as my canary to see if there’s any ich. For now it looks completely clean, but I do plan to observe for longer.

I personally don’t think it’s lympho. I think it’s just little scratches/missing scales.
