Hello so my bubble coral ended up being pushed over on my torch Aussie over night and I got to move it this morning but this is now what it looks like what do I need to do to save it

Most likely got stung by the bubble. I'd dip it in a iodine based dip such as seachems reef dip.

I would keep it far away from the bubble coral.

Give it time to heal. Don't cut it.

I’m dipping it in coral Rx how often should I do that

Just be patient with it, make sure it’s got a little flow and is far from any other corals. Hopefully it recovers well. Aussie torches are hard to begin with and that one is really pretty. I hope it comes out alright!

Yeah I’m so sad I definitely can’t afford to replace it. One side is perfectly fine while the other is dying
