Stupid Bubble Tip

So one of my bubbletip offspring has been crawling along the glass the past few days and has ventured its way into my overflow not sure how as there is very little clearance between my lid and the top of the overflow. Its too far in for me to get a finger in there and try to shimmy it out, is there anything I can do to get it out before it ends up in the pipes?

If you can't get to it with your fingers to scrap it loose you might try a flat lab spatula. Be sure to turn off flow first.

Often placing an ice cubes on their foot will release muscle tension and cause them to shrivel and be assessable

Thanks everyone, I got it out with a little finesse and moved it to another tank where it has very little chance of killing itself
