Submersible pump upgrade 57L

So I have the fluval flex 57 that I have converted to saltwater.

I’m looking for a reliable pump that will fit in the back sump. I don’t know what LPH to go for. It’s a fish, live rock and soft coral tank, and I am also looking for an upgrade on my wave maker too as that’s just stopped working :/ so bonus points if you could recommend one of those too.

As affordable as possible unless it’s 100% worth the price difference.
