Sulking sand conch

Hi all

Just a quick question, got a sand conch today, had his eyeball out in the bag briefly. so far no movement for 2 hours.

Seems like he’s sulking now, is this normal? Only reason I ask is because I had 2 before that sadly succumbed during a power outage.

They were veritable party animals from the instant they went into the tank.

Most of mine settled down and are only really active at night (I guess when they find a great source of goodies in the sand they just hunker down).
