On Tuesday I added a Sulphur Goby and pistol shrimp to my tank, as soon as they went in my tank the shrimp dug a hole under my rockwork and the goby went in with him, I know this is normal, but the goby hasn't been out the hole since, is that normal? what will he be eating while he's in their hole ?

It could take several days to weeks for them to feel safe enough to come out. I had a goby that was in my tank for 6 months before I saw him. I swore he had died. Then one day, there he was out and about.

Thanks :) at least I know he's alive, I can see the pair of them down their tunnel, was just worried about them eating
