We have rented the Moon Pavillion #77 at North Park for this year's club picnic. We purchased an alcohol permit to go along with it, but the rules state no glass bottles. I'm sure can and plastic cups are fine. The club will be having the main course prepared by the privately owned Giant Eagle in Cranberry who is a lifetime member of the club. The club provides non alcoholic beverages and the main course. All of us are expected to bring a side/snack/desert. We usually have around 50 people in attendance. Wives/husbands and children are welcome.

What?
I don't get to see Ted's tank this year
Sounds like a good plan though, no real set up & tear down!
You are just going to have to invite me over sometime then Ted!

Kevin - You are always welcome at my house, my friend. I have been having some health issues "again" - so have not been online on forums or Facebook much. Text me - I know this is your busy season. Looking forward to the picnic - and whomever wants to swing by my place afterwards to see my tank are welcome.

Jaime - have we determined a time yet?

OK - I posted on both the public and closed Facebook pages about the picnic and suggested that everyone post here on this thread so we can get an idea on how much food to order and who is bringing what side dish, etc. I also included a link to the location of the Moon pavilion in North Park=

"Too much macaroni"

Huh. Never seen those words in that order before. Not sure what to make of it.

Going to try to make this event and catch up with some club folk. Been forever. But I'm notoriously bad for remembering when things happen so we'll see. The wife and I are keto and generally can't eat any delicious picnic type food, so no need to add us to the headcount. I'll whip something up to bring though.

As far as head count only add one for me as I am GF and a awful picky eater - so typically do not eat at picnics much. I will miss the GF cake that has been at our picnics over the last few years. However, my wife will eat and loves picnic type foods. We will bring some type of appitizer - chips and home made guacamole maybe.

Tracey and I will bring fruit salad & a vegetable and dip tray.
See you all next week barring the babies don't come first!
If they do Jaime, I'll bring the dishes to the picnic.
