Sump cleaning

What is the best way to get all of the stuff that settles at the bottom of the sump.

I don’t personally ever clean my sump, but I have though about. Buying one of those water vacuums. I know sicce sells one but someone posted one that was on Amazon for 20$ before that seemed pretty cool.

Wet/Dry shop vac
or a piece of hose with a pump at the end pulling the water out
those have been my best experiences with cleaning sumps
