sump design for a 3 foot display?

Need advice/opinions for sump design for a 65 gallon perfecto with the corner overflow on the left side. I live near enough glasscages they could build me whatever I need, but I like to keep things relatively simple. Skimmer is yet to be determined but likely a ER.
