I bought a new Trigger Ruby 36 sump 18 months ago to setup my used 120. First tank (never call it a prototype around my wife) and have had leaks. Some seem intermittent. I assumed water seeping out from under sump was accumulated drips from plumbing. I am beginning to think sump was always a problem and now just worse. Changed my overflow and cleaned all salt remnants from tank, pipes and stand. Only water is now seeping out from under the sump, rest of stand is dry. Trying to picture how seams could weep. Tank is in garage so not an emergency when water escapes onto floor but volume is increasing suddenly. Two part question:
I don't see any contact information on Trigger web site. Do they offer support?
Secondly, when I fix this should I try to swap out a new sump of same model in one go, or cobble together an interim solution with a stock tank or something. Challenge would be filtering feed from overflow.
Not bashing Trigger, just need some advice
