Sump Pump Leaking

Noticed a leak on the bottom left corner of the sump. How do you repair that??

The right way is dry the sump and fix the glue. But the fast one but is use coral glue and then patch it with cotton but this only temporary.

It is glass. No cracks, in the seal. Bottom left front corner.

Reseal it but you need to take away the old seal. If it is nor a large sump - may be best to replace it IMO.

as Lasse said, my vote would be to replace.

It would it be much quicker to swap in a new sump, vs having to drain, repair , and then put the current one back into the space.

It is necessary to redo all sealings because silicon seals has this nasty property that the leak point you see does not have to be the entry point for the leak. The water can enter the seam anywhere and be transported by capillary forces to the point you see as the leak point. In large aquariums you can use a spray bottle with colored water that you carefully spray around the silicone seam (with water in the sump). You will now easily see the entry hole. But in this case - maybe best to replace the sump (and redo it the way your experience tells you you should have done it from the beginning )
