Looking for some suggestions/guidance. I’m getting ready to upgrade from a 36 Bowfront to a new to me 90 Gallon.

It came with a Sealife Systems sump.

It’s a standard 90 with a corner overflow. I’m planning to convert it to a herbie and run the return over the back. The skimmer will go in the middle compartment and the return to the far right.

my questions is where and what other media would you run in this sump?

Maybe a small reactor. For things like carbon or GFO .

Large chamber in the middle I would add sand from KP or gulfliverock and chaeto. Skimmer and return on the right if it'll fit.
