I got a 1200gph overflow 1”drains on this 50 gallon, return pump is pushing 796GPH. On this video there is an AI Nero 3 near the overflow pushing the surface too. If I turn off that Nero pump 30% of left side not much or surface agitation again this makes sense its a short long tank

It is a lowboy with large surface area, is the turnover enough? Should I get a stronger return pump? Seems like 14x turnover now but not sure if its because its bean animal (no air bubbles in sump) seems too calm lol

It doesn't look too bad to me but having a stronger pump that is adjustable is never a bad thing. Maybe closer to 1k gph. Best of luck :)

Really doesn't look bad but a stronger DC pump wouldn't be a bad thing and you could dial it up or down as needed.
I've never really worried or even calculated any of my systems turn over rates. I just look at flow and how things like food blow around the tank. I have 2 redsea tanks one about 40g total and one 75g total and run two jebao dcp pumps. I think one is a dcp 3500 and the other a 5000. I've been more than happy with them for the price. No wifi but that's a non issue for me as I don't have a problem bending over to put them in feed mode and once adjusted I rarely change them.
