Hey reefers how do you keep your sumps clean and what do you run in your sumps for bio and chemical filtration?

I dont really make any attempt to keep mine clean.

My filtration i just do skimmer and filter socks at times but not usually. Have a UV sterlizer in there but almost never have it on. Run carbon about 1 day/week.

Have a separate refugium with cheato which is where most of my filtration(other than live rock) comes from.
