Sumps n overflows

I'm starting a new reef tank and i'm looking for advice on overflows and sumps.

i would like to be able to use a ClairSea sk5000 in the sump.

Any suggestions on overflows and sump please .

does anyone have any experiences with synergy reef shadow or modular marine

I'll reply here that I believe the Modular Marine overflows to be superior to the Shadow overflows. I asked, and this was answered here:
