My tank is 135 Gal, I will be running a reef octopus 150int. I want it to be quiet.

If you don't want or need to using mechanical filtration, like filter socks or a mesh, you can forgo most of the acrylic sumps. If all you want is a simple baffle system to maintain a water height in the sump, you can do that with some simple glass sheets cut for you at a glass shop for less than $30-$40. Silicone them into a standard glass tank and you are done(Petco has their $/gallon sale going on right now!) If you want filter socks, or an adjustable height skimmer baffle, you have allot of options. As far as specific brands, I can't give any recommendations. I haven't bought an acrylic sump in 10 years, and they were no where near as nice as the current models are. I've always just made my own. Now that I make the kits, I doubt I ever will buy one again. As far as quiet goes, almost all sumps have a sweet spot. Any higher flow than that and they start making noise. A DC pump or a AC pump with a ball valve will help you find that spot pretty easy. I guess my point is, don't be afraid to turn your flow down to make the sump more quiet. Also, for your return pump section. I usually run my ATO so the water level is only 1/8" lower than the skimmer section. If gives you the most vertical height for your bubble baffles to do their job, also it doesn't make any noise because the water doesn't have to fall. Honestly, if you keep your ATO filled up, you don't even need that final baffle. I am really bad about not filling mine up till it runs out and the return pump starts drawing air. So I need that baffle. LOL
