I am looking into purchasing some sunburst anthias and was curious about there eating habits. I have been feeding my tank every other day and was considering moving to every day for these new additions! Would they need to be fed multiple times a day? are they aggresive eaters? how difficult are they compared to other anthias?

IME they are incredibly finicky eaters. One you get them eating, if you can, they do need to be fed multiple times a day if possible. Almost impossible to get them on pellets or flake as they much prefer frozen.

they look awesome but that sound like more time feeding than I want to invenst into a single fish. That also highlight why I like tangs; they eat everything and you can clip the food in the tank!
