You will know within a few minutes of your email for a coral if you got it or not. At the end of the sale, or the following day, you will be invoiced for everything you requested via email and you will pay for them all at once.

usually in live sales, its required to pay for the piece asap, to claim it. Otherwise, it would be "easy" to claim things and back out. In theory, if you didnt, whats to stop you from changing your mind on a piece(s) later that night or tomorrow. Essentially taking it out of somebody elses cart.

Its more often than not, pay as you go, but I could be wrong. Been a while since I took part in an AquaSD LS.
