Sunkist bounce feeding advice

How often should i feed my sunkist bounce. The guy i bought it from says he feeds it twice a week but i have been feeding it reef roids daily for the past week is that overdoing it? And can it harm the coral in anyway.

I would suggest twice a week. It gives the coral time to digest the food
