hello

My reefbot has disconnected a couple times from WiFi. Each time this happens, I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it working. This happened again a few days ago, and now it won’t reconnect.

I tried to log onto support to submit a ticket, but needed reset my password. I get a message from the page telling me I’m not authorized to do this. Please see screenshot below and advise.

Hello, kindly send us an email to [email protected] with the serial number of your ReefBot.

You don’t need to login on the support portal, just click on the plus button and add the issue.
