Thanks! This is the first time I've ever really dived into SPS in the 10 years I've been reefing, so I'm not too sure how good my growth is,... but I'm pretty happy with it!

I've never really had an issue with zoas growing over the SPS.... actually I've noticed the opposite. My rainbox monti is growing so fast that it encrusts over a colony of LORs when they close up at night. The colony was about half covered before I noticed. Once I broke off a piece of the rainbow, the zoas opened up within about an hour, so at least no damage was done! If you look back a page there's a FTS from New Years Eve.

Wow I have always been scared of my zoa's killing my SPS's. In the long run I would rather have the fuzzy sticks instead of the zoa's anyhow.

WOW I just looked through all the progression pic's too, they are awesome! I like how everything really has colored up over time too.

I gotta get me one of those Forrest Fire Monti's as well!

Alot of the stuff has colored up significantly since I first got it. It's funny how you don't even notice the growth & color change until you look at pics like this! The most recent pics have more of a blue hue though because of the lighting. I changed out some of my 10k T5s for Blue+ bulbs.

I did a little bit of aquascaping today and extended the center island all the way to the back of the tank so that I could mount some more frags out of my prop tank.

Thanks for posting the progression shots. Couple more months and your fish will have nowhere to swim;) I was wondering about the nem... if it decides to move is there a chance it'll get sucked up by the vortechs?
