Swim Bladder disease?

Noticed damsel swimming a bit weird during feeding today , did a quick water change as I planned to do one tonight already and now he is in the middle water column of tank in shadows but swimming on his own no support from rocks or glass , but he is swimming sideways. Trying to get a video of that but he blends in with the shadows. Not sure what this could be as my levels are normal. Corals and clowns look happy as well.

Opposed to bladder, I see a weak and thin fish that is struggling to swim. Is fish eating at all and is breathing normal or labored?

Didn’t eat today but yesterday ate a little. Not normal amount but didn’t seem any cause for concern

How long have you had the damsel?

Swim bladder issues can be from over inflation (most common) or under inflation (rarer). If you fish has this, it is the latter type.

It almost looks neurological to me - but those issues aren’t really treatable.
