Swimming worm thing ID

Anyone have any idea what this is? I occasionally find them in my reef tank at night swimming in the water column. I thought it was a bristle worm but was told no by the LFS.

Is it red? Looks a little a spaghetti worm but never seen them swimming freely.
Ya when it stopped moving that’s what it looks like. OP, don’t give it anymore coffee!
