Switch panel recommendations?

Im looking to setup a switch panel for my next tank. Ive never used or purchased one so im not sure whats worth using or whats involved wiring wise. Id prefer to not have to hire an electrician and i do have a bit of experience with wiring so the simpler to set up the better. What are you guys using or recommending?

Similar but on a larger scale. Id like to have something like 20 outlets on a breaker style panel.
