Switching 3 part dosing

I currently dose BRS 3 part (Ca, Mg, Alk) using BRS dosing pumps. I am thinking of switching to ME Ca, Mg, and Alk. Would I need to change my dosing amounts if I switch product? My current parameters are pretty stable.

Yes, I gather their alk supplement is less fluffy.
