I'm going to be putting 2 black box leds in my canopy of my 90 gallon, I also have a diy 4 bulb t-5 fixture

If it fits, would it best to put the t-5 in the frt or in the back? I haven't measured yet and I'm just
thinking out loud

If it doesnt fit I will just stick with the black boxs for now

Thanks

Rich

Hey rich. Something to consider to save heat is to just leave the t5 out.
Bb's are par monsters. If your going for more coverage and spread , I'd go with pulling lenses (from the middle of the fixture specifically)it makes the light more diffused. And increases spread.

But to answer the question, front and back.

Re bb spread. Food for though going on now.

Personally I have 3 16in bb on a 48w tank and using diffusion.
