T5 help

I just added 4 new bulbs and now one side won’t work... what am I missing? It’s an Aquatic life hybrid fixture.

Perhaps the bulbs are not situated correbt or sometimes when firing new bulbs it takes a few times.

I’ve moved em around several times and turned off and on several times. I have to be missing something but I have no idea what.

They are starting to fire but won’t light up. The bulbs worked fine that I replaced.
