T5 lighting dimmable switch

So I have T5 lights they are super bright and I'm not used to them is there a dimmable switch I can put on them what is it called what brand where do I get it?

I'm not sure that you want to dim them. Most corals will love them being super bright. What are you trying to keep and what's your fixture? I'm not aware of an attachable dimmer for T5s.
