If I observe anything suspicious, I will dip them first. Most of the times, they go straight into my tank.

Usually all the aussie corals are clean. Only some Indo ones need to dip.

I only measure kh. It is about 8.

In the past I didn't, but recently bought a led bar from alibaba to put in front. Led is good to bring out the fluorescence of the corals.
