tang lost all day

saw my blue tang first thing this morning for about 10 seconds. blinked and it was gone. looked all day off and on for it. couldn't find it. i just fed my fish and bam it came out of my purple sponge. i guess its been hiding in the sponge since this morning when my lights came on. is this common for the blue tangs?

It looks healthy and eating okay otherwise?

looked fine at the store but when i got it home it didnt did 4 weeks in coppersafe and now in dt eats and looks healthy

my hippo tang sleeps wedged between my rockwork sometimes he scratches his sides because hes a bit too big to be in there but thats been his spot for 2 years now lol
