So a few days ago my powerhead stopped. Didnt have a powerhead for maybe 5 days and seems like my tank caught ich out of nowhere. Haven’t introduced any new fish in 2018 at all and i’ve had my 120 gal for over 5 yrs. anyone knows what may have happened please?

Sounds like ich was latent in your aquarium, and the decreased oxygen level from not having a powerhead (gas exchange) weakened your fishes' immune systems. Making an outbreak more possible to occur.

I was worried that’s what it was. For some reason I’m unable to upload the video and i’m on the app. I went to the website and it still said it was unable to load the video -_-
At this point all I can realistic do is ich managment and all my fish including a tomato clown who seems to have ich as well is all eating. I have a flame angel in there that is healthy and seems to not have been infected which is odd.

If it's just ich, and not velvet as mentioned above... a proper diet and not stressing your fish out any further may get it under control. A better pic would help...
