More details are needed for this one..like have you tried to offer it before? what method are you trying to feed them with? What do you feed them normally?

Maybe they need more time to get used to the clip/feeder, etc.

Yes I have . I use 2 little fishies veggie clip. I normally broad cast feed pellets, and frozen rods

When you say "sea weed"...is it Nori you purchased from your LFS or is it from an oriental market. I will tell you they won't eat a "sea weed" like kelp. It has to be Nori. And Oriental market Nori is just fine as long as it's no seasoned.

I don't know why your tangs are not eating Nori. But I have been keeping tangs since the 70s and none of my fish have ever seen nori and they live for many years and don't need it.

I've had good luck getting them interested in nori by attaching it to a small rock with a rubber band and dropping it in. It's more natural than eating it off a clip.
Same thing worked for me. Then after a while they started eating it from the clip. Give it a try.

I also got tired of looking at rubber bands in my tank so I glued some rocks to a clip and stuck it in the sand. But currently I have a BB tank so I'm back to the magnet clip on the glass.
