Tank build thread

How do I start a tank build thread? I have been on here for a bit now and I just want to start that thread, but I do not see how. I know its most likely ridiculously easy, but I am a blonde after all.

Click post thread, and scroll down to "members tanks" that is the build thread if your tank is (I think) 10 gal to 179 gal, large tanks are 180 gal to 399 gal, and monster tanks are 400+ gal
