Tank cycled?

I think that looks very good! I see your ammonia came down, and it looks like you're getting at least something for nitrates..... I'd say you're cycled 🙂

At some point we just have to take the plunge. Try something hardy. Clownfish, GSP, Kenya tree. Whatever. Just make sure that you like it enough just in case it survives. Don’t break the bank. Perhaps a local reefer friend can donate something to you.
Havent met anyone in Central Arkansas yet. Other than a store an hoir away that has decent clowns and blue damsels. There iant anything near me.

I’m sure there are people somewhere. Make some friends at that LFS. This is an excellent opportunity to think about what you want your tank to look like. What do you envision?

Be careful with “hardy” soft corals lime GSP or Kenya Tree. They are invasive and you will have them forever.

It is a small tank, so take your time choosing coral and do some research. Be careful with mushrooms, leathers, Xenia, zoanthids, and things like that. Some types of them can grow be like weeds and be impossible to remove once they take hold and spread.
🙃

I can reliably get black and white or white and black clowns whenever i ask and they'll be ordered. But as far as corals. Im gonna have a GSP island or a wall over time. Gonna probably get a kenya or a duncan coral and maybe some zoas? Or get a mystery 4 pack from WWC and see what I get.

You could put them on a smaller piece of rubble rock. See how it goes. Or right on the sand.

I have got almost all of the @WWC packs. Well worth the price. Most are still alive. Hardy stock.
