Good morning guys, I have a question so I’ve noticed in my tank right now it’s 15 Gallon Hello Reef kit that came with a Sicce Voyager Nano flow pump, but one thing I’ve noticed is as of right now I feel like the flow is too strong I have a small GSP/Ricordea Yuma, and a Baby Rock nem and I feel like they get beat up by the flow a lil, are there any good coral that would appreciate the good flow to soak up the majority of the main flow? (I would like really like to add a hammer/frogspawn on the top of my rock work)

Most corals won't appreciate direct flow at point blank range from such a big powerhead- definitely not hammers or frogspawn IME.

One coral that loves flow more than most is Lobophytum.

Personally, I'd get a smaller powerhead, like a TMC Reef Flow 2000. It'll be more aesthetically pleasing and give you greater freedom to choose corals you actually want.

Makes me wonder then if other people who have bought the same kit as me have this issue since it is labeled as a “Clownfish and Anemone” starter kit and like me would prefer to have a mixed reef tank 🥸 I was also advised On the Nero 3

I have a 15 gallon tank with 2 sicce voyager nano's pointed upwards and towards each other. I don't think your flow is too strong, but as mentioned above, just one powerhead creates a type of one-way flow which corals don't like.

But I wouldn't worry about it much. The gsp will like the flow, the rfa can move if it doesn't like it, and the flow will cause (usually causes) the mushroom to multiply.
