Clown,blue tang ,black and white heniochus and yellow tang all small to medium size and three snails and 5 crabs

3 of these are pretty big fish...... that poop a lot!

Are you feeding any nori or algae sheets? Algae should be a major part of at least the tangs diet.

I would recommend feeding a 1/2 sheet of nori every 2-3 days and cut the cube feeding in 1/2.

Fish store did not have a tester but they said this may help what do you think

I wouldn't do anything to try and reduce phosphates at this time. I have high levels of phosphates in my tank and have no GHA.

The best thing you can do is remove as much GHA out of the tank. GHA is full of sugars which are released back into the water as fertilizer if you don't get it out.

Sinec the start of my reef 4 years ago i had always gha on the lock line from the return pump.
Nothing bad bad there are always there.
The first three years i had spot on no3 en po4.
Even battled 0,00 po4 for a while,always gha
Since thus year and for the moment i had 0,20 po4 en 15 no3
Gha is tha same as ever

thank you guys I cleaned it off with a toothbrush and did a water change and it’s been gone for a few days I will keep you posted

Need help still getting a lot of GHA even after scrubbing it off the rocks water parameters look good any ideas

Nuisance algae. Likely, phosphates are up. I assume you are not using RO water. Red Sea No3Po4 is a good combat along with good water management.
Foxface rabbit or algae blenny should mow on this as will turbo snail, astrea snail and trochus snails.
You may also pull it off rock by hand to minimize growth

I’ve used rodi water from the start and rhe inline monitor shows 0 tds coming out
I will try and get a few of the snails this weekend and see if that helps any other ideas
