Tank raised tang food

What can I grow in my fuge to feed my tang's? I have seen it before but forget what it's called. Thank you

Gracelaria grows really fast for me and took over my tank. Fastest growing macro I have had. It out grew my cheato, ulva, caluperia and sea grass.
