Tank swap?

I've been contemplating lately downgrading my tank to something easier to take care of. It's mostly the equipment cost that's getting me with this bigger tank. With a newborn and a new house note I'm finding it hard to have any money to make this tank right before adding my livestock and an empty tank is depressing to look at.
Here's a picture of what I've got

The tank is 52"x12"x12" drilled
The sump is 18"x12"x24"
I'm using a Triton 3 as a return pump
I'm in the Birmingham al area.
Just let me know what you got to offer.

I forgot to mention that I can meet probably within 2 hours of 35007 if a trade is made. I'm looking for anything smaller with preferably a stand. I'm also looking for something of equal value. I'm not in a big hurry to get rid of tank.
