Sellers response is spotty at best. Had to open a claim, I haven't heard back since Wednesday about shipping my items out.

Just an update I finally got a reply. I bought the pumps on Wednesday and seller said he would ship the pumps when he got home from work. I texted on Friday night to see if they were shipped and text was not answered

So after I seen he logged on here late last night I decided to open a claim with Paypal this morning. He finally texted me back and said he would get my items out today. After a few textseconds and things go south I ask for a refund, now this is after he asked me if that's what I wanted.
Now he sends a shipping numbed stating he is going to fight this on principle.

Juse a heads up to whoever is contemplating buying something or has bought something.

Three days from receipt of payment to sending out isn't an obscene amount if time, nor does it justify how you've been treating me. Nobody deserves to be called a thief or liar because you are unhappy, and unable to communicate. I hope you enjoy your pumps, any issues please let me know.

It came in perfect condition he had a shipping company package it from what I can tell. It was delivered via Fedex Friday and its already up and running on my system.

I can understand opening a claim on someone after a week but three days is a little harsh.

It wasn't the fact that it took 3 day, so please don't try and make it sound like that. It was the fact that I paid on Wednesday and you said it would ship that day. I said great. I text you Friday and after I didn't get a tracking and got no response. If you would have texted and said I still haven't had time I would have had no problem with it but you didn't. You chose to ignore me, so please make me look like the bad guy. You could have refunded me when I opened the PayPal case today but you didn't. You somehow found time to ship out. I even said this could have been avoided had you kept in communication and not chose to ignore the text.

I agree but all I was asking for was communication, that's not too much to ask for. Once the money was sent all talk was shut off, just threw a red flag for me.

How much total for dose pumps, doser and apex?

doser, and pumps are sold. apex has a waitlist. I'm currently giving 24 hours to next in line to respond. If not then I'm moving to next. There are 6 interested parties, so I'm trying to give option on first come first serve basis. But each has 24 hours, reasonable time, to respond before moving to the next.
