Have you contacted the tank manufacturer?

Unless you can determine who built the tank then you are probably out of luck as each manufacturer uses a different style trim as I have found over the years. You might find one that is close if you call a few tank manufacturer's and maybe send them a picture of your trim.

OOPs, or you can go Euro Bracing. Using glass cut to fit inside lip of your tank.

I am not sure about it as I just know that there are many different styles of trim out there. In my garage I have a 180 gallon, 210 gallon and a 240 gallon all by different builders and the trim is completely different on each. I can't tell you that using any trim as long as it is cut to correct size will work because I have never tried it! :) If in doubt I would just go to euro bracing like mentioned above or you could try different trim and see how it works! I would think as long as it supports the tank like the old trim did then it would probably work, but I can't tell you 100% sure it will.
