Here’s my tank after 2 weeks ago with a sump. Running much better but having a bit of a diatom breakout, not sure why but it’s going away now. Running carbon, gfo, media and all levels ok. Salinity at 1.026. Any ideas?

also, in the pic sand looks dark, it’s not as bad as it seems. Blue light is messing camera up

Hello. When you say any ideas do you mean live stock?
No, already have livestock. Lots of coral, clowns, fire fish etc. any ideas on diatom outbreak? Everything seems to be running smoothly but then woke up this morning with it.

O
What I would like to do if I had a smaller set up like yours would be to have a Yasha goby pair. They are rlly cool to watch and the colors are amazing.
58 gal tank with 15 sump don’t know if that helps anything
