Hi everybody I have a question hope someone can help me with. So I’m recently just getting back into the hobby with an Innovative Marine nuvo 15 tank. It’s cycled going on 3 weeks with two clowns…but I recently had the opportunity to get the innovative Marine nuvo 20 tank an impulse buy and wanting a slightly bigger tank lol. But my question is can I move everything from the 15 gallon to the 20 gallon without risking a new cycle? Ex. Move all the sand, rocks, and water since it’s still pretty new. The tank move will take place in my bedroom so no driving or long distance involved just a step or two away

ime yes you can, at only 3 weeks old there shouldnt be enough build up to warrant anything untowards. I did it with a tank 4months old and skipped another cycle.. I would move it all across

I think if you switch everything over you would be alright. Test for ammonia so the clowns won’t get hurt.

Would I be alright with using all the sand from the 15 gallon since it’s only 3 weeks old. Or should I buy all new sand. I was planning on buy a small 10 lbs bag and mixing my old sand with it. And use the same water. The two clowns are juvenile and haven’t produced a lot of waste, I still test for ammonia and nitrite every few days and always get 0
