Taping Lid for PH Probe

I need to find a tap large enough for my PH Probe holder. Im trying to drill and tap my secondary lid on my Calcium Reactor but cant find a tap at any local home improvement centers.

Buy a weather proof cord saver it works like a charm....I can't recall the correct name maybe a liquid tight connecter... I call them cord savers but anyways a 7/16" Id. Fits the probe flawless and it has a rubber compression that seals.... You can get them at home depot...
