Recent upgrades:

Added an apex lite system/w ph probe
Added this just to be able to monitor my tank while away. It took a little bit for me to figure out exactly how to have remote access since I just upgraded my modem/router to a motorola surfboard but it was worth it. The apex app and new dashboard are great!

(I need to tidy up the wires a little)

Thank you very much!

Great looking setup!! What are the dimensions of this tank?
Also. How are your chalices doing under the radian pros

Dimensions are 48x24x18 The chalice seem to be doing fine under the pros, when I had gen 1s the chalices morphed a bit i.e. colors were not right in some crazy fox had alot of blue in it my miami was a blueish red same went with my acans their colors were not the same when I had them under t5s. Under the ecotech radiant template with g1s I saw the color look better and now with the pros the color I see in pics with mh and t5s are coming back. I will post a few of my old pics under the G1s and in a month or so ill post how they have done under the pros.

These are old pics under the G1 radions with 20k setting as you can see there is some morphing in crazy fox and the SOS. The others look fine. Under the radiant template of ESL I saw some improvement to the original colors I am still running the template with the pros and will post some pics in a month for comparison.

The lights.look good the way you have them mounted

Thank you! The hanging rails were not out yet when I got my G1 radions but I think the way these brackets look more then the rails anyways :)

Do you ever have a problem with maintaining pH or filtration problems since you have less than 90lbs of liverock? I'm assuming you have very porous rock

No not a single problem with ph always between 8.0-8.3. I do have a moderate bioload but I have an overrated skimmer for my tank, run both chemical and mechanical filtration along with biopellets so it lets me get away with less rock. I contemplated putting some in my sump but I didnt want it collecting detritus. I did have a little more live rock in my display but when I added two socks to the drains I changed my scape without any ill effect to my livestock and my sps actually improving(color pe extension) from the added mechanical filtration.

Yes pellets are an excellent way to control nitrates with minimal rock work:) of course any more questions ask away, answers here on R2R are always a post or pm away :)

Tapout, amazing chalices! Killer tank, thanks for the color temperature comparisons. I just got 2 radion pros, and run a very similar system to yours, do you mind if I ask what your tank dimensions are and what the settings and %'s your running on the Radion Pros? I just got mine about a week ago and am trying to get my chalices in my 24" deep tank (chalices on sand bed) all acclimated correctly. Thanks!!

I started a thread about the radion pros also....
