Wow I placed an order nothing huge just an order today around 11:00am at 12:30 Brian calls me to my amazement....... He says hey Mike (like he has known me for years) I am packing your order and I have an issue, one of your items I am back ordered on and I want to give you a few options. I was like options I the consumer have options wow not used to this with online ordering but shot. Brian goes on to let me know what my options are, I choose and got about my day. When I got home I had a UPS tracking number with a stand alone email from Brian recapping our conversation earlier in the day.

I want you all to know Brian is a stand up guy and I appreciate it....Brian will be the one who I order my Digital Aquatics stuff from here in the coming weeks as I have been trying to find a vendor like this guy.
