I have an RODi system with 2 RO membranes and 2 DI chambers. I noticed that my DI resin was starting to look hard in the front chamber, so I emptied the chamber and filled it with new DI resin. Now I have an output TDS of 1 with an input just before the 2 DI chambers having a TDS of 4. Any idea why/how changing out the DI resin has done this and how to fix it? I'm guessing I should just toss out the water it made too?

Make sure the resin is packed down in the cartridge. Also make sure you don't have the cartridge installed upside down.

I took both DI chambers off and rescrewed them on real tight and it seems to have worked. The resin was packed pretty tight already and it was for sure in the right way. No idea. Oh well, at least it's good now.
