Hey all, I just acquired an AquaFx Barracuda 100 GPD RODI and was wondering if I should use an inline or handheld TDS meter? Also, what brand would you recommend?

I want an inline and have put it off for years. I have a cheap hand held meter off ebay and its worked great for years. This is the one I have https://www.ebay.com/itm/TDS-Digita...60ma:sc:UPSGround!85207!US!-1&redirect=mobile
An inline is nice because you can monitor more easily and as water is being filtered since it on the rodi. You can watch and see the tds creep drop to help save di resin. Spot an issue such as a failing membrane before it takes out di resin or you add water to your tank that is higher in tds, preventing any possible issues and ensuring water quality.

I have two dual point TDS monitors on my RODI set up. Also use a HM handheld which is more accurate. The handheld is great because you can check things like a top off reservoir, RODI storage tank. The HM handheld also does temperature at the same time which is handy. IMO over time you're going to want both for convenience, one handheld, and TDS monitors integrated into your RODI.

My handheld is HM Digital 716160
