Temp probe problem

I have an old temp probe that shows errors.
can this be fixed or is it broken?

What is the expected temperature (between the thumb and the index finger) ? In which situation did you get the fault? have you checked that all pins of the connector really have contact - no pins bended

temp should be around 26 degrees and it just came up error for no reason.
have put in another temp probe and it's the same error...
