Hi guys! So my tank is almost filled, and after a day of having water in it, I've hit my first dumb question(I'm sure there'll be more).

I have 3 temp sensors in my tank. 1 on my inkbird, 1 on my apex, and 1 on my sicce pump(syncra SDC 7). My inkbird shows 77.2, my sicce shows 72.5, and my apex shows 75.7.

How am I supposed to calibrate the sensors if no 2 sensors read the same?
And also, is there a way to calibrate the sicce temp sensor? The closest I've found is setting the temperature range but that doesn't change the actual reading...

Thanks
Leo

I have never heard of anyone doing what you are doing. A temp sensor for the main aquarium is usually all that is necessary.

Personally I disregard the temp from the sicce, its always off from my other sensors, so I let the hydros control the system

Thanks guys. I'm gonna run with the Apex and just calibrate the inkbird to that one.

Calibration can done by melting ice in a bucket of water: mix half ice, half cold water and leave for 10-15 mins. Some ice will melt, some should remain. the water would then be close to 0 degrees celsius.
