Tempered tanks

I have this 75 gal that I trying tell if it's tamper. Any help would be appreciated.

If you drill it and it explodes it was tempered.

put your phone in the tank with a white or blue image on screen. get some polarizing sunglasses or a camera filter polarizer.
If you have the phone in the tank and then turn the glasses or filter and it goes pure black and not a bunch of lines and uneven color. it is not tempered. If it shows stripes and not pure black its tempered
